You will then usually be directed to a sign-up form with a number of questions and drop down boxes for you to choose from. You are asked to provide all of your standard details such as you name, age, address and so on. Make sure that you provide all the correct details as it could cause problems in the future if you happen to have any problems with the room. Don’t be afraid about giving out such details to the room, as they are honest and upstanding companies that will not disclose your information to anyone else. It is a good idea to read through the form once you have completed it to make sure everything is accurate and that there are no mistakes.
You may notice that there are a few check boxes at the bottom of these forms offering to send you promotional emails from the room. These boxes are usually automatically checked when you load the form, so be sure to uncheck them if you do not wish to receive any emails from them.
