Bodog is not part of any network, and so it uses its own unique software that you won't find anywhere else. The actual software itself is quick to download and run, and it won't take you any time at all to load up the client and sit down at the tables when you feel the need to play some online poker. One of the great features that the Bodog software offers is the ability to multitable 3 tables at one within one window. You are able to open up one full table in the main screen, whilst another two tables can be minimized to the side and maximized when it is your turn to act. The minimized screens are well designed, so that you can see how the action progresses as you make your play at another table. This feature makes Bodog a great destination for players that can comfortably multi-table. In addition, the software also allows you to take notes on your opponents, so that you can keep track of how they play for the next time you come up against them.

One of my favourite aspects of the software at Bodog is the high pace game speed as you play. Due to the fast pace of the game, it is possible to get in a larger number of hands per hour than at some of the other major rooms, and so this is very good news for any winning online poker player as more hands equals more money. Another nice touch is that you are able to see your holecards after you have folded them. At most rooms your holecards will disappear, but at bodog they will just fade and still be visible, which is nice when you want to see how your cards would have played if you did not fold them.

Bodog is one of the coolest looking rooms on the market, and it is also very customizable so that you can make its appearance suit your taste. It is possible to change the felt of the table to any colour you like, as well as upload your own personal avatar to display next to your name. The general appearance of the table design is a lot different from any other room on the market, which means it may be a little difficult to adapt to the change at first if you are used to a different design. However, this design is what makes the poker room so unique, and it really does make the room stand out from the crowd in the graphics department.

Both the table layout and the lobby layout are well constructed, and you are able to clearly see all the action at the table as well as the list of tables that are available to you in the lobby.

Bodog is one of the biggest rooms in the industry, and so you will never have a problem finding a seat at one of their tables whatever game or stakes you are looking to play. Texas Holdem is naturally the most popular game at the room, but there is also a lot of action to be found in the Stud and Omaha sections of the room. Because both European as well as American players compete at the Bodog tables, it means that there is never a shortage of games on offer, even if you decide that you want to play a couple of hands at 4am in the morning.

In fact, I would go as far as saying that I don't think I have played against as many bad players in my time in online poker as I have at Bodog. 1] Bodog will give you a bonus equal to 10% of your initial deposit, which will then instantly be added to your account. Therefore if you make a $50 deposit, you will end up with $55 in your account, the extra $5 being the bonus amount.
